Sheena Roberts passion for sales continues to grow
Sheena has worked in retail for 22 years, twelve of those in retail management. Growing up she has always been creative and had a passion for beauty which led her working for Debenhams, and then managing accounts in stores for big brands such as Benefit Make-up and Chanel but wanted to manage her own store rather than an account at a store.
Fast forward some time, Sheena managed her own store for a company named Warren James but now is up to a challenge to try something new.
Joining North Wales Training is the something new she was looking for, and her new job role “involves using key skills that I have not been able to expand while working in retail.” Sheena states “It is nice to be responsible to a manager rather than managing as I can take time for myself and recognise strengths and weaknesses while still interacting as a team member.”
Sheena skills are already shining through, and she is already supporting the SMO team alongside being responsible for the recruitment and enrolment of learner applications onto our programmes.
Appointed by North Wales Training makes Sheena feel “thoroughly excited, generally so excited but I am anxious to get the job done correctly.”
Welcome Sheena, we are looking forward to seeing your skills shine some more in the future.
