Meet Charlotte, our new Health and Social Care TA
We are pleased to announce the recent hiring of Charlotte Roberts for the position of Health and Social Care Training Advisor in our Apprenticeships team. A past learner of North Wales Training, Charlotte qualified with a Level 3 Health and Social Care in Adults Apprenticeship while working with Cartref Y Borth Care Home in Llanwrst. Charlotte comes to us from the NHS, where for a few years, she was a Health Care Support Worker. She will be reporting to Julie Evans, our Apprenticeships Operations Manager.
Charlotte heard about the job role when Vikki Owen-Griffith’s referred her. She was grateful for the recommendation and applied stating “I was inspired by Vikki because she was a brilliant TA. She was helpful, kind, and very supportive, which is why I applied for the role”.
Vikki stated, “I referred Charlotte for the role as Health and Social Care Advisor, as from what I observed when she was a learner of mine, she was very knowledgeable of her role and was always keen to learn and progress within her role. Charlotte’s manager, the nurse in charge, and colleagues all spoke very highly of her, and I thought her personality would fit in well with the care team at NWT”.
Charlotte is excited to join the team, ready for the new challenge, and excited to build on her strengths.
If you happen to work with Charlotte, introduce yourself. We know she is looking forward to meeting you. She would love to learn more about your business, and train her learners, so she can provide you with the best service possible.
